WHAT IS THE RENTAL FEE FOR A WEDDING, PRIVATE EVENT OR BUS TOUR?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your date. The remainder of your rental fee and any additional add-on items and/or services is due no later than 1 month before your event date. We will not deem your booking complete until your deposit is received.

OUTDOOR CEREMONY?

Use of the barn is included in the package price but if you choose to hold your ceremony and/or event outdoors, the location must be approved by Heritage Farms at Willow Creek’ Event Coordinator. Ask us about our outdoor decorations that can help create a unique wedding day experience.

MAX CAPACITY?

The barn capacity is 160 guests and the surrounding area outdoors is unlimited.

PARKING?

On-site parking is available.

DECORATIONS?

We encourage you to add your own personal touch. NO OPEN FLAMES! Candles are permitted inside of structures and outdoors but they must be contained inside of glass, glass jars, urns, lanterns, etc.

PHOTOGRAPHY?

As part of your wedding package, you may schedule a 2-hour bridal or engagement photo session on the property.

VENDORS?

You are welcome to use your choice of vendors; however, we do require proof of liability insurance and appropriate licenses from external vendors, with a general liability policy covering property damage and personal injury. Caterers and all other contracted vendors are responsible for set-up, breakdown and cleanup of their particular areas. For a list of Preferred Vendors, visit our Preferred Vendors Page.

ALCOHOL POLICY?

Alcohol is permitted on the premises but must be supplied by the renter and served by caterers or wineries with proper liquor licenses and liability insurance. Proof of insurance and license must be provided no later than 2 weeks before your event. Sale of alcohol is NOT permitted.

WHEN DOES THE PARTY HAVE TO END?

Use of the property from is from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. on the day of your event. If you are booking a wedding you also get 1 hour for rehearsal the afternoon or evening before your ceremony. Events are to end no later than 12:00 a.m. There will be a $100 per hour charge for every hour that your event runs past 12:00 a.m.

CAN I TAKE A TOUR?

Absolutely! We welcome your visit. Tours are by appointment only. Just contact us at info@heritagefarmsatwillowcreek.com with a couple of dates and times that work for you and we will schedule a convenient time for you to visit.
