Heritage Farms at Willow Creek is not your ordinary event venue. Unlike other barn venues that have been built to look old, we are old. Our property features an actual historic 1853 Hay Press Barn that was selected as a Top 10 Indiana Bicentennial Barn in 2016.  Only ten barns were chosen from among the more than 200 barns that were entered.

We are located off of the beaten path which adds to the charm and appeal of this special location. As soon as you arrive at the secluded Heritage Farms family farm you feel as if you have stepped back in time. The 450-acre property is in the middle of a Classified Forest Wildland Area and a Wildlife Habitat Area. The park-like setting lends itself to beautiful century-old trees, moss-covered stone walls, and the soothing sounds of Wolf Den and Willow Creeks. On the edge of this breathtaking property sits the historic Hay Press Barn. A few modern amenities have been added to the area surrounding the barn but we kept the spirit and history of the barn in mind when adding improvements to the property.

No matter what style wedding you want to have, the staff at Heritage Farms at Willow Creek will assist you in the planning stages right up to the conclusion of your event. If you have a special request please let us know. We will be happy to work with you to ensure that your wedding day is a memorable one.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Coming Fall 2021… Bridal Suite! Check back later for details.
  • Exclusive use of the property from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. on the day of your event plus1 hour for rehearsal the afternoon or evening before your ceremony.
  • Indoor seating and tables that will accommodate 160-175 guests. Need more seating? We suggest that you hold your ceremony and/or reception outdoors where the seating capacity is unlimited. Our preferred tent rental vendor can assist you with additional tables and chairs. For more information, visit www.heritagefarmsatwillowcreek.com/preferred-vendors. We also have hay bales for rent. Our event coordinator can provide more information.
  • Heritage Farms at Willow Creek will create a picturesque setting for your event. We will have the structures cleaned, grounds mowed, and landscaping tended to.
  • Minimum of one Heritage Farms at Willow Creek staff member for the duration of your event.
  • Choice of ceremony and/or reception location. Use of the barn is included in the package price but you may also choose to hold your ceremony and/or event outdoors.
  • For the convenience of your guests, directional signs will be supplied and erected by Heritage Farms at Willow Creek at key points along the route starting at Route 50 in Dillsboro, IN.
  • You can choose your photographer, caterer, DJ, etc. but if you need suggestions, you can view our list of recommended vendors on our Preferred Vendors page.
  • We offer payment plans and accept checks or cash.
